Curing Time:

Curing time is affected by relative humidity, degree of confinement and cross-sectional thickness of the sealant. Sections upto 1/8 inch thick become rubbery solids in about 24 hours at room temperature at 20% relative humidity. Less moisture content slightly reduces the curing time. Curing time increases with the thickness of the sealant. A ½ inch cross section may require 3-4 days for complete solidification. The cure progresses inward from the surface and the cure will penetrate the outer 1/8th of an inch in about 24 hours. At conditions of at least 75⁰F (24⁰C) and 50 % relative humidity, the sealant forms a tack-free skin in 5-10 minutes. Tooling is not practical after this skin begins forming and should be completed within 5-7 minutes of application.

Packaging:

100 gms tube.

Shelf life:

When opened in original unopened container set at or below 80⁰F (27⁰C) this product has a shelf life of 18 months.

Storage:

It should be stored at room temperature in order to reduce the risk of premature curing. If the entire contents of the tube are not used, properly tighten the cap after use in order to avoid curing.

Caution:

Avoid direct contact of uncured sealant with eyes and skin as it may cause irritation. Over exposure to vapor may irritate nose, throat and eyes. Obtain medical advice immediately in case of eye /skin contact. Keep it out of reach of children.
