CRAPOX 999 Part No. 360 is an aliphatic amine based hardener for solvent base ambient cure chemical resistant coatings

Applications:

  • It is used in combination with liquid epoxy resins, solids epoxy resin solution or epoxy resin modified by means of reactive as well as non-reactive dilutents
  • It is useful for general purpose chemical resistance maintenance coatings.
  • Ideal for steel substrates suitable for anti-corrosion protection, maintenance coating application.

Curing Time:

Curing Time of this product is 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. at 25 degrees temperature.

Storage:

This product should be stored in a dry place at temperatures ranging from 15 to 30 degrees celcius. The product should not be stored exposed to direct sunlight. Storage in original sealed containers is preferable.

Shelf Life:

The shelf life is 12 months @ 15 to 30 degree celcius.

Precautions:

The hardener should not be left in open containers as it will absorb moisture and carbondi-oxide which might result in increased viscosity or even crystallization. Recommended to use personal protective equipment and follow industrial hygenic procedures. Use of safety glasses, gloves, protective clothing, masks etc is recommended for protection from the solvent and their vapour.


CRAPOX 999 Part No. 333

CRAPOX 999 Part No. 333 is a low viscosity modified epoxy resin used for electric potting and casting applications. Low viscosity allows good filler loading. It exhibits superior mechanical, electrical and thermal properties with good water resistance.

Applications:

This is used in potting and encapsulation of low voltage electrical and electronic components like CDI, Flashers, ignition coils, charging coils, igniters, capacitors, rectifiers etc.
